I lost my wallet last week in a silly drunken state, but result. Got to work today, and asked at reception, result had been handed in.

Naturally most of the cards are duff, but important, annoying to loose one are still ok, I.e. Gym and driving licence

That’s three times now I have lost it, and its managed to gwt back to me.

Well now I have got wordpress to play nicely with my exchange server, and checks it’s pop box for blog submissions, I can utilise the hours I waste on this boring train, and blog via my phone. w00t.

I am starting to really, really hate public transport. This morning I had to get to work from work, I speciffically asked the conductor type person if the approaching train was theone I needed for Mansion House, ‘yeah mate that’s the one’. Foolish me believed him. It wasn’t so, almost doubled my travel time. Grr.

Busy busy day in the office, and seemed to go that extra bit slow, especially with a bit of a hang over, from last nights beer and poker. Which I did pretty poor at overall. I was doing really quite well, then got taken out, as I do most of the time

Was looking on t’internet today why my linux virtual machines keep losing their time. They have vmware tools, and ntp but they still seem to go all bizarre. There were a few options to change / add variables to the kernal in the grub.conf. I’ve given a couple a try, will letcha know how they get on.

Anyways must get back to the nastyness that is the sardine can / train.

This morning went to catch the Thames Clipper from Greenland Pier, to Tower Point, as started work in St Katherine’s dock today.

Apparently a bit too foggy for the boat to run, so had to have a mad dash to catch a a tube, another tube, and two dlr’s. Still made it easily on time for the first day though. Which went really well
